1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “Wave 2025” offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person traveling in company, plus a free “Bar Tab,” in varying amounts depending on the length of voyage; see the “Promotional Bar Tab” section below.

Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller:

• During November 2024 through January 2025: “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 80% off.” Under the ”Wave 2025 Offer,” through 30 January 2025 Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 40% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 3.1 for Eligible Cabins) Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 40% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1.

During November 2024 through January 2025 Promotional Bar Tab.

• Any voyage lasting nine (9) nights or more will receive $300 USD in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. Any voyage lasting between six (6) through eight (8) nights will receive a $200 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting four (4) through five (5) nights will receive a $100 USD “Bar Tab” for the cabin. The Bar Tab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio.

2. Eligible Bookings During November 2024 through January 2025. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 13 November 2024 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 30 January 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "Wave 2025” offers are subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins, Percentage Off: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”Wave 2025” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.

3.2. Eligible Cabins, Bar Tab: Only Rockstar Quarters and select Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins are eligible for the Bar Tab in the “Wave 2025” Offer. The select Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Bar Tab does not apply to the following cabins: all Lock It In Rate cabins, Mega Rockstar, Sea View and Insider Meta Cabin Categories.

3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “Wave 2025” Offer.

• Reduced rate programs
• Any other tactical offers

4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right
to modify this offer at any time.

Exclusive Sailor Loot Terms & Conditions: 

Sailor Loot is Virgin’s cheeky way of saying onboard credit. Once on board, Sailors can use it to make purchases on items like specialty drinks, spa treatments, tattoos, retail, Shore Things and more! 

Unlike Future Voyage Credit, Sailor Loot cannot be used on pre-voyage purchases, including Bar Tab. All Sailor Loot is dedicated to the sailing it is applied to, and any unused funds will not be refunded or rolled over after the voyage ends. 

$100 Sailor Loot is per cabin on select sailings. Applicable on all cabin categories for new bookings only. Booking cannot be made within 7 days of the sail date. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from this offer. Sailor Loot is combinable with all current offers & My Next Virgin Voyage as long as it is for an eligible sailing. The $100 onboard credit is not combinable with contracted Circles bookings, or with deeply discounted Voyage Fare rates (including, but not limited to some Access Keys, Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, Interline Rates, First Mate Rates, etc.). $100 Sailor Loot is not automatically added at time of booking. Virgin Voyages will manually add the $100 credit to new qualifying bookings within 7 days of the booking being confirmed.
